Description
From the experience of the big kneading machine (see Lobo/1200/5C or Lobo/1000/5C ….) for large production and with thin sheet thickness (theoretical 2,3mm, after the swelling 3,5/4mm according to the type of mix) is born the small Lobp/320/5C. Small, but with big power, this kneader is in fact able to produce 350kg/h of dough-sheet.
All the characteristics of the greatest kneader are installed on this Lobo/320/5C:
Mixer group with autonomously driven paddle shafts which keeps the dough smooth.
In order to obtain a more consistent dough in the kneading machines of the 5C series, there are 3 kneading cylinders it means that the dough is kneaded two times, thus improving both the homogeneity and the colour of the sheeted pasta.
Calibrating group realised with big diameter cylinders that take the dough from the 3 lobe groups and prepare the sheet, making it so thin that you can use directly in the majority operating machines (nester, butterfly, lasagne …).
Two autonomous drives (kneading group and calibration group) controlled by an inverter pair make sure that power is supplied to the kneading machine while the respective speeds are managed by 3 controls, two for the single inverters and the third to modify both speeds simultaneously and proportionally (central control).
PLC for the control of the machine and with 30 different receipts to produce 30 different kink of sheets.
